David Beckman is the brother of my late good friend Sally beckman who was a psych nurse in Iowa City. Our bucket list included a trip to Burlington and a boat ride on the river. Unfortunately she died before we could get it done.
I loved this. I spent quite a bit of time in Burlington in the '70s. It was full of energy..they had an incredible city planning department. It's wonderful to hear it still has so many committed citizens.
