Bravo to the couple for forging ahead with a hard print newspaper. I love reading the hard print newspaper but found it was such a hassle with either constant billing errors, sometimes rude customer service (such as after I had politely described why I was calling, the customer rep said to me, "so are you going to let me talk now?" I told her not to be snide with me that I had been perfectly polite and respectful) OR actually receiving the newspaper at my door hit and miss. I miss the old days when you had a delivery person who delivered and collected money and you had a relationship. Sorry I digress LOL. I am sooo glad they are doing so well with their endeavor. Major kudos to them!!! Journalism is alive and well in Iowa. L. Quinnett
