Thanks for sharing. I took many people to visit Winterset, Iowa when we lived south of Des Moines on a Indianola/Norwalk, Iowa acreage. Every one wanted to go to the Bridges of Madison County area. Satomi Kawakatsu Lemkuil wrote about John Wayne in her recipe book in Japan on his movies and what he ate. We visited his home and the local restaurants. He had chili in his movie. I will get the book "Twenty" and I will see Debra Landwehr Engle again at the 2022 writer's conference and enjoyed her session at the 2021 writer's workshop.
