And there are the idiot sailors, like the ones that bumped our 100' schooner in the BVI. Probably ignorance, coupled with denial. Not just a river in Egypt. Great column!

Thank you. We have had two shots and we are going on 2/26 for the first time. I am having 3 women over to our patio for brunch on Monday. Life is getting better. We are wearing masks and cute gators. Yes, no lipstick for a year. Only wear lip gloss. Maybe next Friday will wear lipstick. Take care and yes, the other guy did us a disfavor. I watched Japan and Canada and started wearing a mask last Feb. 15th.

Excellent analogy for leadership. Not to sound pretentious or more learned than I am (I am not very learned), it does remind clearly remind me of Plato's description, I believe in The Republic, that the leader of a state must emulate the wise ship's captain.
