Who would start a new print newspaper in Iowa?
...come 'meet' Dana James on our Zoom call today and find out
Julie Gammack hosts a Monday Zoom hour conversation with people of note. The Zoom link is listed below. It is available to all subscribers of this Potluck column. An audio podcast version of the discussion will be posted later in the week, for those who cannot attend in real time.
Why would someone launch a new print product in the state of Iowa? Didn’t Dana James get the memo that said Print is dead! Long live digital.
That’s just one of the dozens of questions I have for Dana James, who is about to launch Black Iowa News, a print newspaper product. Thousands of copies of the premier edition will be available throughout Iowa in time for Juneteenth, June 12.
Dana’s announcement column includes ad rates if you want to promote something in the first issue and beyond.
Bring your questions. Join our conversation.
