Monday Zoom with Michael Franken
your Zoom lunch PLUS the link to the Friday Iowa Writers' Collaborative Zoom (below)
Admiral Michael Franken will be our Monday Zoom Lunch guest.
I want to spend most of our time talking to him about his United States Navy vice admiral career. He was the USS Winston S. Churchill's first commanding officer and served as the US Africa Command’s deputy for military operations.
What does he think about the Russian war against Ukraine? What about foreign policy in areas where he spent time as an officer?
The hour will fly by. Get your questions ready.
If you would like to support the Okoboji Writers’ Retreat scholarship, your paid subscription revenues are used for that purpose.
