...Writing/memoir coach Deb Engle
I hope you can join our conversation on Monday, August 29, with Deb Engle at noon. She is a writing coach, who earned top scores from our Okoboji Writers’ Retreat participants last year, and will be returning this fall.
I’ve watched Deb in action, working with a range of writing students from beginner to advanced. She is sensitive, wise, and empowering. And she believes there is a story in everyone.
Deb lives in Madison County, but her work with the international writers’ organization, Story Summit, takes her to teach workshops in Hawaii, France, Taos, and many other locations.
We are lucky to have her join us tomorrow. You’re welcome to sit back and listen, ask questions, and enjoy our time together.
At 1 p.m., there will be a chance to chat with your fellow participants in small group Zoom breakout rooms. We decided that as convenient as Zoom is, we miss the real-time interactions offered by in-person meetings, so we created this workaround. If you can’t stay, that’s ok, too.
Proceeds from our paid subscribers fund scholarships to the Okoboji Writers’ Retreat.
